I was really happy that among Anna's (too many) birthday gifts were some new art supplies! We had the kids make sock puppets at her birthday party, which seemed to be a hit. Anna also got a coloring book, some sketch pads, clay with cutters to make shapes, Play-Doh "tools" and watercolor paints.
This is awesome because art is one of our favorite activities. I'm just as interested in it as Anna, though my level of talent is certainly questionable. But it's fun. So, I thought I'd share my favorite finger painting as this week's photo of the week:
